"Since 2020 I have worked as a PhD student at Maastricht University, focusing on sustainability assessments of plastics, particularly in textiles and packaging. One of my core projects is the collaboration with Velor. In this project, we examined the entire life cycle of a Velor jersey. We not only assessed its environmental footprint but also explored strategies to significantly enhance the jersey's eco-friendliness, making a tangible impact on its overall environmental performance."
