Beyond Borders is an unsupported ultra-distance road cycling adventure. The route takes riders through the Alsace, the Black Forest, the Bernese Alps, the Jura Mountains, Lorraine and the Vosges. It is a demanding journey that leaves a mark not only on the body, but also on the mind.

This reflects the commitment of Velor. Our jerseys contain up to 83% recycled materials and our bib shorts 69%, sourced from marine waste, fishing nets and recovered textiles. Recycled polyester comes from Seaqual Initiative and recycled polyamide from Aquafil.

The entire value chain is based in Europe to ensure traceability and high social standards. This approach already reduces CO₂ emissions by 68% compared with a jersey produced in China, while preparing the next step with the first circular cycling jersey expected in spring 2026.
